Morning reaches the Glass Garden

Morning light spread across the garden. Harin opened the wet glass door and spoke the long-forgotten name aloud.

No answer came. A single drop slipped from a leaf in the Glass Garden and fell quietly to the floor.

Following the sound, she found a folded envelope on the greenhouse floor. It was the letter she could not bring herself to open the night before.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use the rich editor and Markdown together?

Yes. Write scenes in the rich editor and keep characters, world, and research in Markdown. You choose the editor per document.

Where are my manuscripts stored?

In an encrypted .inwx file at the location you choose. Enabling cloud backups in a backup-capable version uploads the encrypted file. External AI receives the documents and conversation context included in your requests.

Where do I enter my recovery code?

Inside the app when restoring an online backup. This website does not ask for your recovery code or project password. Manage backups in Settings → Account in a backup-capable app version.

What if I lose both my password and recovery code?

We never store either one, so we cannot open or recover the project for you. Keep the recovery code in a separate, safe place.

What can I manage with one account?

You can currently manage devices connected to the app and project backups. Unified AI sign-ins and connections across devices are coming soon. You pay AI usage fees directly to the provider you choose.

Can I work on PC and mobile?

We are preparing a way to continue projects backed up to your account across PC and mobile. Backup and restore are currently available in the desktop app. This is not real-time collaborative editing.

Which AI connections can I use?

OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, and Codex sign-in, plus local models running on your own machine through tools like LM Studio. Charges follow each service's own terms.

Can I install it now?
